(See "Acceptance Policy") Mid-Atlantic Romantic Getaways, Inc. also reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to modify or correct any error or omission in any portion of the web site, or shorten and re-word lodging descriptions in order to fit the format of The Web Site.

How this site is different from most other lodging and bed & breakfast sites: Innkeepers do not pay any fees to be included on this site. Accommodations are researched and selected for inclusion by Mid-Atlantic Romantic Getaways, Inc., the author. All descriptions of lodging are written by the author, not the innkeeper.

A few words about Bed & Breakfast's and Country Inns: Most have a 2 night minimum on "in season" weekends or over holidays, most require reservations with a non-refundable deposit after a designated date, most are not suitable for children or pets, most disallow indoor smoking and some do not accept credit cards. The term guest house as used herein generally would be a room or rooms available in a private home welcoming travelers. These are generally built as a residence and not as a professional Inn, typically containing 3 or less guest rooms, generally not the owner's primary source of income and usually do not hire staffers. Many guest houses may not be included in this study and may be utilized through the Reservation Services noted throughout.
